Query: Must the class be a full 10 levels? I'm thinking of something, but at the moment it seems better design to make it a 5 level class. Still hashing things out in a very vague sense, so that may change, but it pays to know one's options.

A five level class is fine. Hell, a three level class is fine. Make it work. There's no reason it has to be a certain number of levels.
